Refund and Exchange Policy

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

This policy is provided by Glimpse Patient Management Pty Ltd ABN 75 604 254 864 (Glimpse) in its provision of the credit services to you.

Subject to the Australian Consumer Law and to the extent permitted by law, Glimpse is happy to provide its Services again within 28 days of you completing an application for our Services.

Due to the nature of the Services, Glimpse is unable to refund any payments made by the Customer to satisfy any credit extended to the Customer.  However, should the Customer wish to be refunded any payments made, it should seek such refund directly from the Provider who has provided the specialist services to which relates to the credit provided by Glimpse.
